Before putting it on for the first time, peel off the anti-slip protective film on both sides in the shoulder area, on the inside of the shirt. Then wear it like a T-shirt. The t-shirt should be worn close to the body, placing your normal clothing over the device.

Washing instructions:

Wash the product by hand, preferably with medi clean detergent. Do not use bleach, let it dry naturally, do not iron, and should not be dry cleaned.
