Maintenance and storage: 

To keep your INNOV'SA wheelchair in good condition, you must perform a regular maintenance service as follows: 

• Control and clean the wheels. Replace the wheels when necessary. 

• Control of the attachment of screws, handles and adjustment buttons.

• Controls the brakes.

• Check the chair (cleaning, cracks, damage to structural parts, etc.) and clean it. Put the coating back on when necessary. 

Instructions for Use:

Your wheelchair should only be used on surfaces where all four wheels touch the ground and where there is enough contact to drive the wheels in a balanced manner.

It is recommended to train for use on uneven surfaces (paving stones, etc.), slopes, curves and to pass obstacles, walks, etc.).

The delivery of this product will be around 8/10 business days.

For the delivery of this type of items, we will make the delivery at the address mentioned by carrier, outside your home, being your responsibility the displacement to the interior of the home. In urban buildings the delivery is also made outside the building, not being the carrier's responsibility the displacement to the interior of the housing. It is not possible to schedule a delivery time, only the day on which the item will be delivered.

For a successful delivery is necessary the presence of someone on site, being the dispatch informed by our customer support. 

Ortopedia at home is responsible for transport, not having any kind of responsibility for assembly, unpacking, moving inside the house or any kind of damage caused by this manipulation.
